114-1學期 碩博士班學位考試申請事宜

I.學位考申請路徑：校園入口網→學生資訊系統→各項申請→研究生學位考試申請

此端作業需先準備好1. 論文原創性比對（含比對全文及結果）2.無違反學術倫理聲明書 (需完成指導教授簽名掃描檔) 3. 指導教授推薦函，並依照操作指示上傳，送出申請。

II.請將申請表單列印下來(詳參附件)，並繳交下列8項至轉譯新藥所辦公室審核。
1.學位考試申請表（紙本）
2.歷年成績表（紙本）
3.論文摘要（紙本）
4.口試委員費清冊 （紙本）
5.指導教授推薦書（提供正本查驗）
6.論文原創性比對（需列印出比對結果部分及設定選項，不須附全文）可參考圖書館網頁→ http://lib.cmu.edu.tw/news_detail.php?sn=1202
7.研究生無違反學術倫理聲明書（提供正本查驗）
8. 以第一作者於國內外具有審查機制之研討會發表口頭報告或壁報論文或期刊論文之相關證明文件（電子檔）

III. 學位口試當天記得下列4項，並於口試完畢請繳交文件回所辦。
1.口試委員領款收據
2.口試委員評分表
3.口試委員總評表
4.口試委員審定書

※114學年度第1學期研究生學位論文考試申請截止日：114.11.28(五)。

※114學年度第1學期學位考試最遲於115.01.21(三)完成口試。

※為確保本校研究生學位論文品質，口試結束後同學還需要修改內容，待完成學位論文後，須經指導教授同意再次將論文完稿版進行上傳及原創性比對(論文比對相似度需小於30%)於學生資訊系統，經審核後方可離校。

If you meet the conditions for graduation eligibility at 2025 fall semester, you have to apply the Thesis Defense Oral Examination though online system, please refer the attachment.

Upload the following document:

1. Originality Comparison of Research Paper including full text (Turnitin: https://www.turnitin.com/)

2. Student academic ethics statement (signed by the supervisor is required)

3. Recommendation of advisor

Then prepare the following documents to office for further processing.

1. China Medical University Application form of Thesis Defense Oral Examination (apply from Student Information System of CMU website then print this application out with your advisor’s signature).

2. Transcript

3. Thesis Abstract

4. Originality Comparison of Research Paper (the comparison results & setting option pages)

5. Student academic ethics statement

6. Recommendation of advisor

7. The file of the abstract of the oral or poster presentation at the academic symposium or the proof of submission of the paper as first author

Remember the following 3 items on the day of the Thesis Defense Oral Examination, and please submit the documents back to the office after the oral examination.

1. Receipt of oral examination committee member including ticket photo or ticket stub

2. Verification Form of the Oral Examination Committee

3. The general evaluation form of the oral examination committee

※Deadline for application: 2025.11.28. (The application administrative process takes about one to two weeks.)

※After the application is approved, Thesis Defense Oral Examination takes place.

※Deadline for the date of Thesis Defense Oral Examination: 2026.01.21.

※Thesis Defense Oral Examination needs to be held on CMU campus.

※After completing the thesis, you have to upload the final originality comparision statement under 30% again on system & follow the direction from library website (https://cloud.ncl.edu.tw/cmu/flow.php)
